We will not take any returns and refund choices for natural wood hollows and discolorations on toys. The option of return and refund will be de decided by Ionica Toys
We offer Store Credits for refunds if the item is damaged during transit, or there might be a manufacturing defect or that a wrong item is delivered to you.
Returns and refunds may not be issued without expecting a return of toys, the decision will be taken only by Ionica Toys. If returns and refund decided by both ends products must be shipped within 2 days after the fulfillment at the customer end and the proof of shipment must be submitted within 2 days of shipment.
We recommend that while shipping an item back to the store please use a reliable courier for tracking purposes.
Also, Pack the product in the same condition, we can assure the refund once it is received in the same condition we sent.
